WE ONLY ACCEPT CREDIT CARD OR PAYPAL PAYMENTS.

TO ORDER BY CREDIT CARD:

You may order by Discover, American Express, MasterCard or Visa credit card using our secure credit card server at ProPay.

To use your MasterCard, Visa, American Express or Discover credit card with our secure service, ProPay, fill out our secure order form and submit for immediate processing.

You will receive a confirmation of your order by email.

Please note that your credit card information is immediately deleted from the system once your order has been processed.

 Discover Card, MasterCard, Visa Card logos     For your safety, our secure credit card processing service is CISP compliant, which means they meet the new standards for your credit card information security.  Remember, we never share your information with anyone.

TO ORDER USING PayPal:

Accepted in the U.S. and 37 other countries, PayPal allows you to pay online in real time. PayPal accepts MasterCard, Visa, Amex and Discover Card. 

 

PayPal also allows you to pay by eCheck from your bank account.  Orders will be held until the eCheck clears your bank, approximately 7-10 days. 

 

To order using PayPal, please indicate this choice on your order form by choosing "Other" as your payment method, and we will send you a PayPal invoice with a secure link into their secure server.  You need not be a member of PayPal to use this ordering method.  PayPal will step you through the process of filling in your information.

Please fill out the Mail Order Form (click here to open the page) and mail it along with your credit card payment information.  We're sorry, but we no longer accept money orders or checks of any type.

SALES TAX

Customers from Washington State  will be charged 9.0% sales tax, in accordance with the sales tax in our county of origin.  If you don't add it to your invoice, we are required to charge you for it.

SHIPPING INFORMATION

Free Shipping on all orders to U.S. over $25
Flat Rate Shipping $4.95 for all orders to U.S. under $25

Please use shipping tables located in the shopping cart. We combine items for shipping.  

Credit card orders are usually shipped within 2-4 business days of receipt and confirmation of funds. 

Pug Manor ships via U.S. Postal Service within the United States and Canada.   Shipping orders to countries outside U.S. and Canada will be determined on an individual basis, as not all postal systems are reliable to deliver our merchandise.  Please email us at Orders@PugManor.com for further information.

Express/Overnight delivery is available at an additional charge, depending on the weight of your order.  Contact us for these rates for your purchase.

For Sydney Love merchandise: To keep our prices as low as they are, this merchandise is ordered by us from the manufacturer as you order it.  As noted on the Sydney Love merchandise pages, it takes 2-3 weeks to receive your Sydney Love purchases. Your credit card will be charged at the beginning of the process to verify funds. It is first shipped to us from the manufacturer as part of a bulk order (we do this several times a week), and we repackage it and ship it to you, usually the same day, via U.S. Postal Service.  Mail takes 2-6 days to reach you in the U.S.  This entire process can take 2-3 weeks. 

SPECIAL NOTE: If you order an item that says it's in stock and ships the next day, that item will only ship if it's the only thing you're ordering.  If you're ordering merchandise that doesn't say that specifically on the description, plus an item that ships next day, we combine the items and ship them together.  You may have noticed we don't even charge the full cost of shipping your items to you, and therefore won't ship two boxes on the same order.

RETURNS

If you are not completely satisfied with any item you may return it within 14  days of purchase for a refund. Contact us by email to let us know you're returning an item. 

There is a restocking charge on all returns or Sydney Love order cancellations/changes, equal to the amount of postage paid to ship your box to you.  This will be deducted from your refund.  Additional postage to mail exchanged merchandise back to you is your responsibility and will be part of any additional charges, or deducted from any refund applicable.

Items must be in original packaging including plastic bag, must have the original hang-tags on it (for Sydney Love and other merchandise) and in brand new, un-used, unchewed, undrooled-upon, unsoiled, unshredded, and unaltered condition.  We do not accept used merchandise for returns.

Return postage is the responsibility of the customer.  Original shipping cost will not be refunded.  It is recommended you obtain delivery confirmation of your return package.  Please talk to your shipper regarding this.  

Special Order Items and Clearance Items are not returnable. 
 
Returns will be processed within 14 days of being received in our office. If the above return conditions are not met, we reserve the right to refuse the returned item. 

EXCHANGES

Exchanges will be subject to individual shipping costs as applicable.  As noted above, there is a restocking charge on all returns or Sydney Love order cancellations/changes equal to the amount of postage paid to mail your box to you.  This will be deducted from your refund or merchandise exchange.

SPECIAL ORDERS

We are happy to take your special order if we do not stock the size you need.  There will be a small additional shipping charge, and you can expect your order to take 10-14 days extra, depending upon our suppliers.

ORDER DAMAGED IN SHIPPING

We pack your shipment to protect your merchandise. However, sometimes boxes get tossed around in the shipping process. In the event that your merchandise has been damaged in the shipping process, please notify the Postal Service immediately. Request a damage claim form. Of course, email us so that we are aware of the situation.  Please be advised that we are not responsible for damages done by the shipper.

INFORMATION SHARING

We respect your privacy.  We do not share your information with anyone, ever.  We will never share your information, unless subpoenaed by a court of law.
