TO ORDER BY CREDIT CARD:

You may order by Discover, American Express, MasterCard or Visa credit card using our secure credit card server at ProPay.

To use your MasterCard, Visa, American Express or Discover credit card with our secure service, ProPay, fill out our secure order form and submit for immediate processing.

You will receive a confirmation of your order by email.

Please note that your credit card information is from the system once your order has been processed and completed.

For your safety, our secure credit card processing service is CISP compliant, which means they meet the new standards for your credit card information security. We never share your information with anyone.

TO ORDER USING PayPal:

Accepted in the U.S. and 37 other countries, PayPal allows you to pay online in real time. PayPal accepts MasterCard, Visa, Amex and Discover Card.

PayPal also allows you to pay by eCheck from your bank account. Orders will be held until the eCheck clears your bank, approximately 7-10 days.

To order using PayPal, please indicate this choice on your order form by choosing "Other" as your payment method, and we will send you a PayPal invoice with a secure link into their secure server. You need not be a member of PayPal to use this ordering method. PayPal will step you through the process of filling in your information.

PUG MANOR SHIPS GREEN WITH USPS PRIORITY MAIL! The Postal Service is the only shipping company that has earned Cradle to Cradle^SM Certification for the environmentally-friendly design and manufacturing of its boxes and envelopes. USPS has already received 40 White House Closing the Circle Awards in recognition of their environmental stewardship.

We use Priority Mail recycled material shipping boxes that are delivered to us as part of our regular Mail delivery. We ship your order as part of our daily mail delivery and pickup, eliminating extra trips to the Post Office. We care about our environment, and hope you do too.

Credit card orders are usually shipped within 2-4 business days of receipt and confirmation of funds, except Sydney Love orders as noted below.

Pug Manor ships via U.S. Postal Service within the United States and Canada. Shipping orders to countries outside U.S. and Canada will be determined on an individual basis, as not all postal systems are reliable to deliver our merchandise. We only use Priority Mail International for orders outside U.S. First Class Mail outside North America is no longer available. Pug Manor is not responsible if there is a problem with your shipment outside of the U.S. as there are too many variables involved in shipping to different countries. Ship at your own risk only. Insurance is available at an additional fee, but all insurance claims must be filed by the recipient and Pug Manor accepts no liability for merchandise shipped outside U.S. Please email us at Orders@PugManor.com for further information.

Express/Overnight delivery is available at an additional charge, depending on the weight of your order. Contact us for these rates for your purchase.

SPECIAL NOTE: If you order an item that says it's in stock and ships the next day, that item will only ship if it's the only thing you're ordering. If you're ordering merchandise that doesn't say that specifically on the description, plus an item that ships next day, we combine the items and ship them together.

Special Shipping Information for Sydney Love Final Clearance merchandise:
All sales are final on this clearance merchandise and no returns will be accepted.

RETURNS

GIFT POLICY: If you received a gift from Pug Manor, and would like to exchange it for other merchandise, you must pay the return shipping, and you will be charged for the shipping to receive the new merchandise. We will not send you a refund. We only issue refunds to the person who bought the merchandise, not the person who received it as a gift. Gifts must be exchanged or returned within 7 days of receiving them. We keep the original purchase records on all gifts, and will need the name of the person who gave you the gift to proceed. We have had a problem with fraudulent returns, and this policy reflects that. We apologize if this causes any disappointment.

Sydney Love merchandise received as a gift is no longer returnable for credit as we no longer carry this merchandise.

If you are not completely satisfied with any item you may return it within 14 days of purchase for a refund. Contact us by email to let us know you're returning an item.

Items must be in original packaging including plastic bag, MUST HAVE THE ORIGINAL HANG-TAG ON IT and be in brand new, unused, and unaltered condition. We do not accept used merchandise for returns.

Special Order Items and Clearance Items are not returnable.

Return postage is the responsibility of the customer. It is recommended you obtain delivery confirmation of your return package. Please talk to your shipper regarding this.

The original shipping fee you may have paid will not be refunded. Due to the high cost of shipping merchandise, if you purchased an item with free shipping but you return it for a refund, we will deduct the original cost of shipping it to you from your refund.

Returns will be processed within 14 days of being received in our office. If the above return conditions are not met, we reserve the right to refuse the returned item.

EXCHANGES

Exchanges must be made within 30 days of purchase. Return postage to Pug Manor for the exchange is the responsibility of the customer. Original shipping cost will not be refunded. You will be charged full price shipping costs for exchanged merchandise that you order sent out to you. This amount may be deducted from any refund due on your exchange. Exchanges will not be accepted for Sydney Love merchandise as we no longer carry this merchandise, and all sales of Final Clearance merchandise are final.

SPECIAL ORDERS

We are happy to take your special order if we do not stock the size you need. There will be a small additional shipping charge, and you can expect your order to take 10-14 days extra, depending upon our suppliers.

ORDER DAMAGED IN SHIPPING

We pack your shipment to protect your merchandise. However, sometimes boxes get tossed around in the shipping process. In the event that your merchandise has been damaged in the shipping process, please notify the Postal Service immediately. Request a damage claim form. Of course, email us so that we are aware of the situation. Please be advised that we are not responsible for damages done by the shipper.

INFORMATION SHARING

We respect your privacy. We do not share your information with anyone, ever. We will never share your information, unless subpoenaed by a court of law.
