Peanut Butter Woofer Biscuits

2 cups whole wheat flour

1 egg

1 tablespoon honey

1 cup peanut butter

1 teaspoon baking soda

1/2 teaspoon of salt

3/4 cup milk

1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.

2. Combine flour, backing powder, salt in sperate mixing bowl, whisk together peanut butter and milk until well combined and smooth. Fold peanut butter-milk mixture into dry ingredients and mix well to a soft dough.

3. Turn out dough onto lightly floured surface; knead lightly Roll dough out to 3/8-1/4 inch think; cut into pieces 1-2 inch square (depending on dog's size). Place 1/4 inch apart on ungreased baking sheets. Bake 15 minutes or unti lightly browned

4. Store cooled biscuits in refrigerator. PERISHABLE.
