When will I get my order? Orders are processed within 24 hours of receipt of payment, and most orders ship via Priority Mail within 2-3 days. The U.S. Postal Service says normal delivery time for Priority Mail is 2-3 days, but this may vary according to your address. If there’s any delay for any reason, we’ll send you an email to let you know.
What are the shipping fees? See the Ordering Information page for the current shipping rates. Shipping prices quoted on website are for orders sent within the USA shipped by Priority Mail.
Do you ship outside the U.S.? Yes. We will ship to most countries, and we use Priority Mail International as our shipper because they offer the best possible service at the lowest possible cost.
How much does it cost to ship outside the U.S.? Shipping fees vary according to the weight and destination country. We need to know what item you’re interested in, and the address we’re shipping to, to create an approximate shipping estimate. We charge you only the final actual shipping cost plus $2.50 handling fee to fill out all the customs documents. We’ve been doing this for 7 years, so we’re pretty good at guessing the approximate weight of your package. . What’s the process to get a package shipped to me outside the U.S.? First, we send you an approximate estimate of your shipping charges. We charge your credit card for the merchandise you order. Then we prepare your package and weigh it to determine the actual shipping costs. Lastly, we charge your card (or send you a Paypal invoice if you’re using Paypal payment) for the actual amount of shipping the package. Then we ship within 24 hours of payment of the shipping charges.
How long does it take to get an international package? Once your package has been shipped, normal shipping times via International Priority Mail are 4-6 business days. Priority Mail International moves quickly, and we’ve received many confirmations from clients all over the world that tell us that their time estimate is fairly reliable if you live in a large city, and can add 2-3 days if you’re out of the large cities.
Do you offer Rush Shipping? We don’t offer Rush Shipping, sorry. |
What types of payment methods do you accept? Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover cards, and Paypal.
Do you take personal checks or money orders? We don’t take personal checks or money orders. We are an online store only, and therefore have an online merchant credit card processing service which only accepts credit cards.
Do you do custom orders? You can order an imprint we offer on any of the imprintable merchandise we offer, but we don’t do any other type of custom work. CUSTOM ORDERS ARE NOT RETURNABLE.
Do you sell wholesale? No. You can only buy Pug Manor merchandise at Pug Manor.
Can you ship a gift directly to the recipient? Yes, we’re happy to do that for you. This is also known as drop-shipping. We will send you a copy of the Priority Mail label when it is shipped.
Can you enclose a gift card? We’re happy to include a gift card on request at no extra charge. Let us know what you want us to put on the card for you.
Do you offer Gift Certificates? Yes. Gift Certificates are available for any dollar amount. We can either send it to you, or directly to the lucky receipt via snail mail or email, your choice. Click here to contact us by email to make arrangements for a Gift Certificate.
Do you have a printed catalog? Pug Manor is an online catalog, and our merchandise changes frequently. We don't have a printed catalog.
